1 General Provisions and Introduction

pklv (hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "we", "our") is an online gaming and betting platform that provides slot games, live casino, cricket betting, and various online gaming services for users in Bangladesh.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

5 Bonus and Promotion Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

5.2 Wagering Requirement Explained

The wagering requirement is the multiple of the bonus amount that must be wagered before the bonus can be converted to cash and withdrawn. For example: a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x requirement means a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered.

5.3 Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period — any unused bonus will be cancelled once the period expires.

• Multiple bonuses may not apply at the same time; if one is active, another may be automatically placed on hold.

pklv has five VIP tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

You can advance to a higher VIP tier through regular gaming activity.

6 Gaming Rules and General Policy

All games available on the pklv platform are operated by third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi).

6.1 Gaming Integrity

The games on our platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair play. Each game outcome is entirely independent and does not depend on previous results.

6.2 Technical Errors

• Harassing, offensive, or discriminatory behaviour toward other users.

pklv believes that gaming should be an entertainment activity and should never be a source of financial or emotional hardship. We treat responsible gaming as our highest priority.

9 Intellectual Property Rights

10 Limitation of Liability

The pklv platform provides services on an "as is" basis. pklv bears no liability in the following situations:

• Loss of games or bets due to internet disconnection or network issues.
• Losses resulting from a user's own negligence or sharing login credentials with others.
• Technical issues on the part of third-party game providers.
• Force majeure events — such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government directives.
• Financial losses resulting from a user's own decisions.

In no case shall pklv's maximum liability exceed the amount of the transaction in question.

11 Account Closure and Suspension

11.1 Closure at the User's Request

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing the account, all active bets must be settled and any eligible funds must be withdrawn.

11.2 Closure by pklv

We may suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Fraud, bonus abuse, or deceptive activity.
• Providing false identity information.
• Suspected money laundering or legal obligations.
